Tai Chi - Yang Long Style

Tai Chi has been called "Moving Meditation", Harvard Medical calls it "Moving Medication". Come join us and you might experience: Stress reduction, increased flexibility, improved cardiovascular health, strengthened immune system, better coordination, improved mind and memory, and lower blood pressure. This style of Tai Chi is over 3000 years old. Come and enjoy this low impact exercise. Sign up for all three sessions to learn the entire 108 moves in the form. Tai Chi can be practiced by anyone from 16 up.
