Healing Power Of Plant Foods
 Whole natural plant foods have tremendous power to decrease your risk of disease, reverse disease if you have it, achieve and maintain your ideal weight and make you look healthier and feel younger! In this cooking class, April Ashcroft will demonstrate how to incorporate these foods into delicious meals that you and your family will love!  She will also discuss the power of these foods and how they work in your body to help you achieve optimal health. All recipes are 100% whole food plant based and many are gluten free.  Even though school is back in session, September in southern Utah is a nice time for weekend picnics and camp outs. In this cooking class, April will demonstrate four delicious whole-food, plant-based recipes, including dessert, perfect for your next family outing.  The class includes a light meal with handouts including recipes.
