Healing Power Of Plant Foods
Now is the time for YOU to take control of your health. Whole natural plant foods have tremendous power to decrease your risk of disease, reverse disease if you have it, achieve and maintain your ideal weight and make you look healthier and feel younger! In this cooking class, April Ashcroft will demonstrate several delicious whole-food, plant-based receipes, including dessert.  She will also discuss the healing power of these foods and why they are important if you desire optimal health.  All recipes are 100% whole food plant based and many are gluten free. .  The class includes a light meal with handouts including recipes. In our upcoming summer class, April will demonstrate a variety of cool summer salads and delicious fruity dessert.  Look for that class online in April.
