Healing Power of Plant Foods - Holiday

Whole natural plant foods have tremendous power to decrease you risk of disease, reverse disease if you have it, achieve and maintain your ideal weight and make you look healthier and feel younger! In this cooking class April Ashcroft will demonstrate how to incorporate these foods into delicious meals that you and your family will love!  She will also discuss the power of these foods and how they work in your body to help you achieve optimal health. All recipes are 100% whole food plant based and many are gluten free. The holidays are approaching and you do not have to sacrifice your health and gain 10 pounds to enjoy them. In this cooking class, April will demonstrate traditional (and some not so traditional) holiday favorites using 100% plant based ingredients, including pumpkin pie!  Class includes a light meal and handouts including recipes.
