Travel Fit
Travel Far and Travel Fit. Enhance your stamina, core and upper body strength, agility, and flexibility, to prepare for the rigors of travel. This fitness class will be taught by Laurie Nelson-Barker, author of Travel Fit column in ˜The Independent. Laurie earned a Master's degree in Health, Physical Education and Recreation, and is a certified fitness trainer. She is a former flight attendant and canl pass on efficient travel tips.
